It’s National Advance Care Planning Week and Regis is proud to support this important initiative as part of our commitment to providing high-quality care to our residents.

This week, from 20-26 March, we want to raise awareness about the importance of advance care planning. This involves making decisions about the care you want to receive, regardless of your age or health status, if you become seriously ill or unable to make decisions for yourself.

At Regis, we understand the importance of advance care planning and the peace of mind it can bring to you and your loved ones. We encourage all our residents and their families to take the time to have these important conversations and to document their wishes in an advance care directive.

The campaign also encourages everyone to consider who you would want to speak on your behalf if you were unable to when it comes to making health care decisions.

As part of our 2023 National Recognition Days and our Focus on Care Months, we are committed to providing resources and support to our residents and their families to ensure their wishes are respected and their care needs are met.

Join us in recognising National Advance Care Planning Week and take the first step towards ensuring your future care is aligned with your wishes.
